It feels like summer is officially over (despite the summertime temperatures), as my fall semester classes at Framingham State University start today. But I have a productive summer in the studio to look back on with fond memories. Here's the last painting I completed, a few weeks ago, which takes the basic composition I have been exploring in my "Filigree" series into the realm of color.

In career news, the summer season ambled along as it usually does, quiet and uneventful, then things wrapped up with a burst of opportunity toward the end of August: a painting sale and offers of two upcoming shows. Details to come, on this site!
